Thankful for...getting closer to the end of my project! Just sent in the last copy for my advisor to edit, and then I get to have the final copy bound and sent to GVSU's library! So exciting that it is close to the end! :)
Thankful for...encouraging notes. Someone in our church had surgery this past week, so I wanted to send her just a little note that we would be praying that everything would go smoothly. I was thinking back to when others sent me notes when I was recovering from surgery, and how encouraging they were, and how much they made me smile while being stuck at home. You never know when a little note will make someone's day. :)
Thankful for...college basketball! Michigan State has been playing well the last part of their season, once all their key players got healthy. Hopefully they will continue into the tournament! :) This is how we started watching the games the first weekend...2 televisions with games! One of Scott's friends got him a pretty awesome shirt too. :)
Thankful for...a new Bible study. A small group from our church are meeting on Wednesday nights to go through this book, and study God's Word - we've only had one meeting, but the discussions have been pretty powerful. I'm excited to continue reading the rest of the book over the next few months.
